Great family-friendly hotel, with pool and spa suitable for kids. Food and service (especially restaurant) were excellent, as well as value for money is top. We have very great and pleasant stay. Location is as well excellent for skiers: 3-5 mins by car to both Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf. What would be great to improve: 1) overall, some renovation is needed (especially in family SPA) 2) working hours of family pool/spa area just till 19:30 are too short. If you would extend it to at least 21:00, especially considering energy kids need to “burn” after dinner, I guess a lot of desperate parents like me will be very grateful 🙂
We truly loved this resort. Everyone there was so kind to my wife, children and I. The children’s club was first class as were the daily breakfast buffets and five-course dinners. I specifically want to honor Sabine from the children’s club and Roberto from the dining area for their friendliness and hospitality. Thank you all for making our vacation to Austria perfect in every way.
This is a fantastic location for families. The food was fantastic, the pool and spa were wonderful, and the kids center with its own pools and slide was great. They even have an Austrian bowling game that was very difficult in the sports bar. Rooms was well appointed as well with very helpful staff.
This resort should be five star. Every aspect of it is perfect. Family friendly, the staff are all so patient and kind. It is 10 minutes from each slope. The room service takes minutes, the food is delicious. The bar has beautiful views. Great bar staff. I honestly am blown away by our stay. Our room was PHONOMENAL. The town is minutes away in a taxi. The spa, the family spa, the reception. The sports bar. It’s so large you never ever feel it’s busy at all.
We were blown away by how family friendly the hotel is. There is a kids buffet in the restaurant, there is a kids club that runs until 10 pm, there is a family pool area with its own water slide and outside pool. While it caters to the kids it's a wonderful hotel for adults as well. The gym was a positive surprise. It's a full size gym! The location is not waking distance from the slopes for kids with skiing gear, so you'll need to take the car. Indoor garage parking is available and probably worth it in the winter months when snow is expected.

Location ist great to hike the Seefelder Spitze, with the Guest Pass you can also take the bus or train to other locations in the valley for free. Pool and adult spa area were great to relax after hiking.

Very good hotel and service. Nice people, helping where they can. Excellent food-service and other facilities. Swimming pool after day skiing with some fruit en cake, wow! Various types of rooms, all very nice and clean. Helpful staff.
